No admittance after 3:30 p.m. This ticket may not be refunded or exchanged. Touch A Truck® Jackson will be held rain or shine unless dangerous weather conditions require cancellation. The Junior League of Jackson, however, reserves the right to cancel the event for this or any reason at its sole discretion. 

Based on CDC guidance on outdoor events, face coverings will not be required for attendance. However, the Junior League of Jackson reserves the right to implement enhanced health and safety measures at any time. All posted instructions must be followed while attending Touch A Truck® Jackson. By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending Touch A Truck® Jackson, you agree and acknowledge that you have voluntarily assumed all liability related to exposure to COVID-19 and accept the terms of the Junior League of Jackson’s Liability Waiver and Release of Claims Statement. 

By purchasing or using this ticket, I agree that I understand the dangers and hazards inherent in the Touch A Truck® Jackson event including, but not limited to, inherent dangers with vehicles and other equipment. I release and hold harmless the Junior League of Jackson, all companies and organizations participating in the event, and their respective officers, agents, members and employees from liability, claims, or actions for damages resulting or arising from me or my accompanying minor(s) participation in or attendance at the event. I assume all risk of injury to me and my accompanying minor(s) in connection with attending Touch A Truck® Jackson. By using this ticket and attending the event I authorize the Junior League of Jackson to photograph and/or video me and/or any accompanying minor(s), and to use such photo/videos for promotional or other purposes.
